Danielle goes above and beyond. I feel secure here. They are very welcoming and understanding. I appreciate how clean everything is, including the fridge, flat top stove, and microwave. There is plenty of storage space.

Fell on hard times and had to find somewhere to go. She was kind and helpful when I needed it and didn’t know that’s all it took. She got me in fast and flawlessly. The property is clean and quiet. After months of stressing I FINALLY have some peace! THANK YOU!!

For a budget motel, this place has been above par with others. A few small issues but not major. the AC won’t cool the room to my liking like most hotels, I have found small roaches climbing the walls when I get up, and the ventilation fan in the bathroom is moldy. Expectations must be managed when shopping for budget rooms, but these do just fine! I Clorox wiped common surface areas and didn’t collect much but dust (severely OCD), which was a relief! All in all would stay here again.

First day was a nightmare! I booked this room a week in advance when I got here at 11 no one was in the office. I waited. Finally someone came and it was the manager who told me right off the bat rooms are not ready yet. So having all my stuff in my car expecting to put that stuff somewhere I get turned away til almost 5 pm that day. Mind you they already charged me for that whole day even though it was their mistake I couldn’t check in at 11.. manager is not very understanding in my opinion. Came into my room the morning of the second day told me I’m in violation because of my bamboo plant in the window and told me windows are required to be closed! So no sunlight aloud? I did not see in the rules plants could not be in a window and I did not see windows had to be closed. Shower head is nasty swapped it out for a new one didn’t hurt anything and saved their old one but got told I had to use the old nasty one because it’s tampering. Manager said she would tell maintenance. Waiting.. second night comes I go out to my car to see a warning has been placed on it for parking backwards? It’s crazy. Didn’t see that in the rules either. Kind of feel like I’m being attacked when I have no where else to go right now..

Manager Rachel is super nice and helpful! The room is great and love how comfy the bed is. Highly recommend staying here.

The most nicest and tentative person I’ve met here . Ms.Robinson was very supportive and making sure to assist me to her best ability. The room is nice and spacious for me and my babies. I thank her so much.!

I have stayed at many extended stay properties and hotels across America, and I have yet to experience the level of customer service I’ve received here. When I first arrived, it was too late to check into my reservation, but the staff kindly held my room until the following day. Aaron, Rachel, and Ms. Patrice have truly made this stay exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness have made me feel welcome and valued. I also want to thank the entire staff for the outstanding service they provide to all guests here on the premises. Continue to be exceptionally great; you are a quintessential piece to making us feel at home. Thank you!

I love the service here the ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. I room was clean no roaches, no loud neighbors, fussing or fighting in the parking lot. The yard was clean and the beds were clean and I slept great. Not to far from anything such as shopping centers, restaurants, and many more. I would highly recommend the stay. I had a great experience..
